Telus International announces Lionbridge will be Rebranded w.e.f 1st July 2021

We all know that Telus International had acquired Lionbridge AI completely on 2nd March, 2021. After July 1st, 2021 Lionbridge will be rebranded to Telus International . 

Following the rebranding here are some noticeable changes

Starting with July 1st, 2021 all emails will come from a TelusInternational.ai domain instead of the  Lionbridge.com domain.

The logo of Telus International will replace the current logo of Lionbridge and same has been observed with the social media handles of the company.

What Changes the Workers at Lionbridge will Have

The workers will experience a zero change in their working commitments, as we see  programs, terms and conditions, project assignments, and how you engage and perform services will remain the same

Around six months ago we communicated the news about a new chapter in Lionbridge AI history, as we were acquired by TELUS International. After months of work and collaboration, I’m happy to announce that we will be rebranding to TELUS International on July 1st, 2021. Starting with this date our emails will come from a TelusInternational.ai domain instead of the current Lionbridge.com domain.

TELUS International is a digital customer experience (CX) innovator that designs, builds and delivers next-generation solutions for global and disruptive brands. 

You will notice our brand will evolve with this change: Our logo, email addresses and career sites will embrace the TELUS International brand, our social media channels have been communicating over the past few weeks who TELUS International is, and the multiple instances in which we share values and have synergy in our visions for the future. This change introduces a connection to the TELUS International brand, but it also highlights our focus on creating a supportive and inclusive team.  We are a Community, where we work together, support each other and achieve our goals together. That’s why we have decided to rebrand our social channels, starting June 28th, to also reflect this connection as a Community, moving from Lionbridge AI to AI Community – by TELUS International; you can find us under that handle on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and VK!

Our logo and visual identity may be changing, but our programs, terms and conditions, project assignments, and how you engage and perform services will remain the same. This new stage will enhance even further our dedication to you and our clients.

The coming days represent the beginning of an exciting journey at TELUS International, and we look forward to embarking on a successful story together.
